Meoli Milestones LuncheonThe Meoli Companies McDonaldsⓇ recently hosted an event celebrating the achievements of more than 150 local employees from 25 restaurants across the Delmarva Peninsula. The Meoli Milestones Luncheon honored attendees for their exemplary service. Many one-year anniversaries with the company were celebrated as well as 5, 10, 15, and even 25-year anniversaries! Christopher Hawkins, Director of Training and Development, was also recognized for completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical College through the Archways to Opportunity program.

There was even an entertaining “fashion show” which was a big hit. Members of our leadership team showed us their red-carpet walks while styling some McDonalds gear.

“The Meoli Companies has been a family-run business for nearly 30 years, and the fact that we celebrate so many milestone anniversaries in a single year demonstrates that our employees truly feel they are part of that family,” says Owner/Operator Mike Meoli. “In this family of ours are employees who started with us in high school and keep working their way up in career and life, people who join us mid-career and everything in between. Nothing pleases us more than to see our employees grow within the company and stay with us year after year.”

This fun event captured the family theme so intrinsic to the values of The Meoli Companies, and we are honored to support all these journeys.
