Terry began her career at McDonald’s in 2008, working the position of part time maintenance. Realizing early the potential for advancement, she applied her strong work ethics and dedication enabling her to rise quickly thru the ranks. She accepted many roles, viewing each as a challenge working the positions of crew, shift manager, Assistant Manager and General Manager. In recognition of her performance, she has been presented several awards including the Peak Performer Award, Superior Leadership Award, Outstanding Store Manager Award, and most recently the prestigious Ray Kroc Award. The Ray Kroc Award is awarded to the top 1% of General Managers worldwide across the McDonald’s system. In December 2015, Terry was promoted to Area Supervisor, responsible for all areas of sales building and operational excellence for 5 restaurants.
