Chris Hawkins began his career with McDonald’s in 1989 at the Millsboro restaurant as a counter employee. What started as a summer job at the age of fifteen has turned into a fulfilling career. He became a Restaurant Manager in 1997 and was promoted to Area Supervisor in 2005. Since 2010, Chris has held the position of Director of Training, Learning and Development as well as the Organizational Tech Person (OTP) for the organization.
Chris is a Black Belt in Tang Soo Do, a member of the Delaware YMCA, and is active with his children’s activities. He lives in Georgetown, Delaware with his wife, Holly, daughters, Julia and Samantha, and a menagerie of cats and dogs.
