Cynthia started her career in 1994 as a manager trainee for a McDonald’s Corporate location in Sacramento, CA. Three months into her development she was promoted to 2nd Assistant Manager at the Northgate Blvd location. In 1997, Cynthia relocated to Dover, DE where she continued in her management development to the position of General Manager. In January of 2020 Cynthia was promoted to Area Supervisor and is responsible for six restaurants in the Dover/Camden area.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has been recognized numerous times for her superior performance. She has earned countless Outstanding Manager Awards, Food Safety Excellence Governor’s Award, Patriotic Employer Award from the office of the Secretary of Defense, and the most important award of her career, the prestigious Ray Kroc Award which is awarded to the top 1% of general managers worldwide.
Cynthia is married to the love of her life. She is the proud mother to son Timothy, and loving grandmother to her only grandson Timothy, Jr. In her free time Cynthia loves to cook, read, and take long motorcycle rides.
