Joe began his McDonald’s career as an hourly crew member, then working through all levels of operations, including General Manager, Area Supervisor, and Training & Development Coordinator for the Roy Rogers Corporation beginning in 1983. In 1998, Joe joined the McDonald’s family through the Baltimore/Washington Region acquisition of Roy Rogers as Senior Operations Consultant for 24 restaurants. In 2004, Joe transitioned to Director of Operations for a local franchisee in the Southern Maryland Market, where he successfully led the operations efforts for 14 years. In 2018, Joe accepted the position of Director of Operations for the Maryland Division of The Meoli Companies.
Joe’s commitment to excellence and his passion for delivering fast, friendly and consistent customer service has afforded him numerous awards including: Top Contributor, Outstanding Operations, The Way Team Award, and Mid –Manager Recognition.
On a personal note, Joe and his wife Heidi have been married for 31 years, and have four sons and one granddaughter. While Joe and Heidi enjoy traveling, Joe still maintains an active membership with the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a Committee Chair for the Baltimore-Dulaney District.
