Investing in Our Future Leaders

Each year, our scholarship application process focuses on applicants’ personal journeys, leadership qualities, community involvement, and aspirations for the future. Our goal is to support employees who are not only pursuing higher education but also demonstrating a desire to make a difference in the world.

Michael Meoli, Owner and Operator, shared his enthusiasm for this year’s recipients:

“Every year, I am inspired by the incredible stories of our scholarship applicants. These young leaders embody the values we prioritize at The Meoli Companies—dedication, resilience, and a passion for making a difference. For many, McDonald’s is their first job, and it’s an honor to see how they grow through the experience. It’s our privilege to support their next steps as they pursue higher education and strive to achieve their dreams.”

Our selection process emphasizes not just academic ambition but also the ability to overcome challenges and create meaningful change in the community. This year’s recipients have demonstrated exceptional leadership, and we couldn’t be prouder to support them.
